I am very happy to enclose the piece on Charter Schools by Mayor Mike Bloomberg, a man I have great respect for. This echoes the recent book by Tom Sowell on “Charter Schools and Their Enemies”.

The only road to movement to “equality of opportunity for all” is a good practical career oriented education for all; and mostly hard work by all. The emphasis on reading, writing, especially math, tech. Not how to divide young American “residents”.
